It’s very nice to see (and listen) how ADULT. evolves as musicians. From minimal electro tracks with hardly vocals to punk electronic dance songs. Musical things went darker and darker, more obscure, alternative, punk-rock and eventually even horror (regarding their “Decampment” 7-inch series and also this album.

On the back of the sleeve it says: All Un-Easy Listening Music & Lyrics by ADULT. That’s exactly what it is. A very tough album to listen to. But it does contain some several beautiful secrets. The first song Red Herring is unique in it’s sound: a haunted electronic vocal ballad, sung by Nicola with a strange different voice. Plagued by Fear is the other one: the best track of the album that combines electro, punk with funk. All with all a nice piece of vinyl from a very interesting band. Can't wait to see what's next.
