Hurrah! A splendid record from Palmer and Ka-Sol of Legendary Pink Dots fame. I like the gothic/industrial cabaret of the music and the lyrics are provocative at times. A great recording and excellent pressing - massive soundstage and stunning detail. Recommended, and a special shout out to the pressing plant and mastering engineers. If only more contemporary vinyl were this well produced.

It's been a while since the last time I thought of how sad I was as a child. Now Amanda and Edward spun this rainbow over me, and I don't know whether to hate them for reminding me of that ... or to love them for it. The sun is shining outside, as it did so many times since I escaped and promised never to return. The sun is shining, people are strolling past my tower and the violin retraces my scars, somehow unconcerned. Finally I hoped all that would have lost its grip on me again by the end of this album.
I have become a laughing man, loving life for its lightness. It took me a lot to achieve that. Thank you, Amanda and Edward, for reminding me of how fragile my achievements are ... and of how strong I was to leave all that behind. Soon be strong again ...
