White label in plain white paper sleeve. Track listing is printed onto an adhesive sticker on the front of the sleeve, while the labels of the 12" itself are completely blank.
Aphex Twin has had no involvement with Tracks A2 and B1, although both have "(Aphex Twin remix)" incorrectly added after the track titles on the labels. The tracklisting also wrongly attributes Track A2 to Autechre. The title of track A1 is abbreviated on some copies as "Mindstream Rmx".
