Cd's come packaged inside a hand-painted cardboard box, with painted "grass sculpture". Each box is unique & includes a set of six printed art cards on mylar sheets. CD comes inside a cardboard gatefold sleeve, with parchment paper wrapped around it. CDr comes packaged inside a cloth bag.
The bonus CDr includes tracks that are exclusive to this box set.
Tracks 1-1 to 2-1 recorded in 2005. Track 2-2 recorded live in Cosenza, Italy, 2001. Tracks 2-3 to 2-5 were recorded in 1996, and remixed in 2005.
