With MARCHING ON, The Ballistic Brothers take on soulful gospel, as the title track lends a groovy, yet spiritual vibe. And their cover of Stevie Wonder's "Golden Lady" gets extra-dreamy, replete with guitars and a harp, and their classic "Blacker" also gets a dreamy mix. "Prophecy Reveal (Disco 45 Mix)" seems to hint back to their own track, "Peckings," and the Masters at Work surprisingly don't offer a house mix of "Marching On." Instead, they go for an electro-ambient mix, An uncharacteristic move, but one that showcases their own flexibility.
