I just picked up a copy from the UK that appears to be a variation of this version.The matrix is very similar except it's missing the w-5Matrix / Runout (Side A, hand-etched runout): CAD 13 A1 Ʊ F2 WMatrix / Runout (Side B, hand-etched runout): Ʊ CAD 13 B1 F2 W THE CUTTING ROOM FLOOR CLAIMS ANOTHER INTROBut the biggest difference (mystery?) are the plain white labels that are identical to what's pictured but missing the 4AD design all together - all of the text is the same. The sleeve and insert appears to be standard.

I have this version too. Bought it new from Fopp in Sheffield in the mid/late 90's. Not sure if it was a repress for Fopp, or if it was NOS they'd found somewhere and were offloading. Got a white label copy of the 4AD EP at the same time
