I have a single vinyl version of this from the U.K. Cat No: SYLP 6002. Track list is the same with the exclusion of the last three tracks.

Seems to be the album without 12inch. Perhaps a repack, even cat-no. is the same. Cover normally bears a sticker "includes free 12" single...", but no further information about 12inch printed on cover itself.
