This re-issue is somewhat disappointing as it is audibly sourced from the vinyl-sourced CD issued in 2010. The audio of the CD was not great, clearly this was captured using a badly set up turntable and/or a poor quality record, distortion and sibilance are present throughout.IMO, greater effort should have been made finding the master tape or making a studio quality transfer from an original LP.Also, the download voucher does not work, the album was not added to my list of available downloads on the Back to Black website.

I have a copy of the original 1969 album - if you know of a good and fitting home?

The voucher worked for me, but unlike 99% of download codes that come with vinyl this one required an annoying registration process, after which you had to log in to get the download. Back to Black is irritating.
