King's Road Merch exclusive limited to 500 copies. Listed as "Pale Blue" but vinyl is a traditional opaque blue. The release was meant to coincide with other formats and vinyl editions in October 2015. It was however delayed, and eventually released in early February 2016.

Comes in an embossed gatefold jacket with a foil-printed Obi strip.

The first catalog number is on the Obi strip, while the second catalog number is on a sticker on the shrink wrap.
