Im guessing 2000, i listed his first dub in 1998 (cut on his own). The black ops the label started in 99/2000. This is one of Charmzys first releases under this label as the cat number is random. This is one of the first tunes under jon e cash label and prob a bit of help from him as u can tell his tunes totally changed and had more production and bass rolls to em. If u also notice on the track it has CHARMZY AND BLACK OPERATIONS snippets all over, that was a trademark of jon e cash's style even on his own early dubs :)
