DJ Wonter - Wings FLAC

I think the b-side rules this one. "Requiem" is pounding hardcore tune sampling some of the music from Requiem For a Dream. It's been done, I know, this is now my 3rd record sampling music from that movie, but it's still awesome and still floors a moving crowd. There's a pretty cool breakbeat bit in the middle after the initial breakdown and then kicks it back into a pounding 4/4.

"The Last Track" is a pretty sick hardcore breaks tune with a wicked sound to it. I think I recognize it from somewhere else, but I could be wrong. Regardless, it's got a sick oldskool beat to it and a twisted sound.

I'm not especially fond of either of the "Wings" tracks, mostly because of the lyrics. I'm usually not a fan of female vocals in tunes unless they can really hit a tune and the lyrics are decent. These aren't anything special a I think the tunes suffer because of it. The Luna-C version has a sick pounding take to it, but I only prefer that one because I prefer nuskool over oldskool in general.
