Cocomo is a high point for Aaron FIT Siegel and a special track for me. According to a YouTube comment, DJ Fettburger dropped the beatless version during his early hours set at Dekmantel 2015. I wasn't there but I was in the Amsterdamse Bos that weekend, deep in the throes of a summer romance that began on a fateful trip to Sicily and ended soon thereafter. The yearning, evocative beauty of Cocomo will never fail to bring me back to that time, when I was young and naive and never thought I would get old.
