I sought out this 10" for a lonnnnng time, and when I finally found it (in near mint condition), the sound was even sweeter. 78's always sound so much better to me than a CD. You get to hear the true rawness of how a record sounded back in the day. Besides, there is something quite gratifying about owning an original recording of one of your favorite songs from the pre/post-war era.

This record in particular is a treasured favorite of mine to listen to during Christmas. I know it's been sung by other artists, but Frankie and his daughter Marjorie (on vocals) did by far THE best version in my opinion. I could just play this on repeat all night.
