Not a bad release, has three good tunes on it.

Kale

This album has a beautiful fluidity which I find missing in his later work. To my ears his recordings here as F.U.S.E. (Future Underground Subsonic Experiments) show Richie at the peak of his experimental and creative zenith. Great cover artwork by his brother Matthew. A classic LP that has stood the test of time very, very well. Only downside is it's on White vinyl and as such suffers with sound quality.

Alsanadar

This remains, more than a decade after its release, my all-time favourite album: I had to buy the CD because my white vinyl copy had become unlistenable. Hawtin's Plastikman material has eclipsed his earlier work but this is an often beautiful, often hard, but always intense work that showed how much he'd learned and developed since the earliest FUSE 12" releases on Plus 8. I wish he'd do some more stuff along the lines of 'Mantrax' or 'A New Day'.
