Is this considered colored, it’s like a light brown? Why isn’t this noted above, like normal colored?

Hi, your copy is not properly colored but an example of translucent virgin vinyl. Windham hill pressed many records like this during 80's as JVC and MFSL did. It usually sounds better than the standard black ones.
