Die Schöpfung: Oratorium for Solo, Choir and Orchestra. Recorded January/February 1960 in Berlin.
Sung in German. Includes 12-page 7" x 9" libretto with side-by-side English translation.
Australian WRC pressing, sourced from original stampers and featuring unique sleeve art. Mono and stereo versions have an identical gold-lined box, with the same number on the spine (TE340/1/2) - the mono version has "TE-340", "TE-341" and "TE-342" on beige 'strobe' labels, while the stereo has "STE-340", "STE-341" and "STE-342"on green 'strobe' labels. The LPs are housed in soft polythene liners, inside red paper sleeves. The stereo was issued with a small "S" sticker on the front of the box. Only known edition.
First (and last for some years) appearance of the 365 Camberwell address, which had opened as a collection centre in June 1964.
