Notes
"An ERATO recording, released exclusively in Australia by World Record Club."
Side Two, Track 1 has the note "prepared for performance from the original manuscript by Carl de Nys" [see also Credits:Liner Notes]
Mono and stereo versions have idenical sleeves, with the same number on the back - "TE 353": on the label, the mono version is "TE-353" on beige 'strobe' label, and the stereo is "STE-353" on green 'strobe' labels. The stereo version has a printed "stereo" rosette on the back, and the mono has a red sticker with "mono" placed over this (though these tend to drop off with age).
Third pressing, with new cover design, and the 1966 address combination. Reissued by World Record Club as part of a "Festival of Baroque Music" promotion in February 1966, and offered again in June the same year.
