Very interesting LP here. As usual with Jacques Ferchit's music, it has a sort of child-like, innocent vibe to it. Very gentle and playful, yet still grooving. Also, as usual with Ferchit, he tackles many different styles of groovy music on one LP. There is some synthesizer stuff here, some folk-y guitar twang, some more experimental sounding stuff, a bossa tune, and more. Library LPs like this one are great because they possess a "mixed bag" of sounds, and they are very entertaining to listen to. All the styles are done well here and the end result is a very cool album from a very cool composer. Not to knock Patrick Martini, but this is the first I've heard of him. Ferchit is a skilled composer and they both show some great stuff on this one.

Recommended for fans of mid-80s library music, electronic grooves and funky, rhythmic library music.
