OK now that Hot Creations and Visionquest have gone massive and aren't at the edge of 'cool' any more, I think it's safe to underline that the simple, effective, feelgood house music values carried by their sound aesthetics are still plainly enjoyable and can resist time when made genuinely and unpretentiously, hence Jamie Jones' "Ruckus (Discoid Dub)" (or even the 1st half of original mix before it gets a little greasy), a nice ray of proper sexy and loose funky house music sunshine that will keep warming parties in the future, no matter the current trend.
