Hidden Winter

Another JT's album badly criticized by the specialized press, denoting lack of mind openness as usual. Their main complaint now is the extensive use of synthesizers and the loss of the traditional folk feelings in JT's current music and that except for a couple of exceptions, "most of the rest is little better than tuneless drivel." Nothing further.
This disc reflects the sign of the times when it was conceived and recorded. And of course there are lots of sinthesizers in it. You won't find the David Palmer's subtle string arrangements of the past (which were lovely but expensive) but it is still Jethro Tull, as hard rocking and as folky as always. Just with a more electronic sound.
