Notes
This is the original, German-release version of Milk And Blood. The German version only says "Milk And Blood" in purple on the front cover (the American version additionally said "Jim Martin" in a space font on the top right). In comparison to the American version (released in 2000 by Deadline Music), this European version features logos for Steamhammer, CBH Records, SPV GMBH. It also includes the song titles typed under the handwritten names on the back cover (the later US version only had the handwritten titles). This standard version has the typed titles in white, while the promo release has them in yellow and black. Made in Germany. The album covers list 12 songs but on the CD itself there are only 11 track because "Surprise! You're Dead" and "Hunter Shepard" are together. This is the American version of the album, released by Deadline Music (a division of Cleopatra) in 2000. The American version's front cover features the text for both "Milk And Blood" and "Jim Martin", whereas the German version only had the album title. The booklet only includes the lyrics to Fatso's World, co-written by Metallica bassist Jason Newsted. Recorded between August 1996 and February 1997. Chumgod is the unaccredited secret name of James Hetfield of Metallica who provided backup vocals on the album.
