I think he's employing the use of hyperbole to remark the quality of the song rather than seriously suggesting every single deep house mix contain this song. You're right, that would be seriously boring. Like in some parallel universe where there's a deep house high council, controlling the contents of peoples' mixes. I can't get enough of NITE ROADS on this record. On paper, it's got many of the usual elements of gorgeous house music. In Jovonn's hands these elements combine to make house perfection.
