As I sit here patiently awaiting 11am for my unfortunate dentist appointment to come along, I must fulfil some time. I decided I'd dig out an old mp3 backup DVD and toss something on. I randomly selected this. I'm blown away after not hearing it for roughly a year.

Canadian musician Vizion, under the name Kaminari Synthesis, provides 35 minutes of elegant, beautifully crafted music. Subtle melodies and sub-melodies layer throughout each track. Lots of glitches, pops, bleeps and broken beats are scattered throughout each piece (but not overly so). Lovley synths and kicks hold together everything.

A companion peice to 'Life As A Tree' released on Kikapu, this is one of the most beautiful things I've heard in quite some time off a netlabel. Emotionally moving IDM wrapped up in pretty track titles. As I sit here awaiting my dreadful dentist visit, I'm engulfed in the beauty of these tracks. They are definetly one of the more better things that come out on the "dime"-a-dozen IDM netlabels storming the internet.

Definetly worth a download.
