James Bratton' remake of his own track 5 years prior is nothing short of a MASTERPIECE!!

Sybil' version was & is also a masterpiece of downtempo drum-machine disco and it's no wonder that James must have felt that he could sell another version and herein is the result. Makes one wish he'd done a version every 5 years! No doubt most owners of this 12" were drawn to the BRILLIANT
Kerri Chandler mix and he delivers a kickin' mix with a lot of James' ingredients intact and it makes a very soulful & satisfying experience.

James' own take, the Radio Mix is... *loss of expression* ... *bewilderment* ... at least sublime... it's wonderful... in my ears proper Deep House perfection and has since my "discovery" of this 12" (record diggin'...(",)...), earned it's status as the definitive version of this track.

It's full on Korg M1 house with spot on shuffle, synth brass, GREAT background vocals and Kelly' perfect deliverance of the lyrics.
Perfect New Jersey '91 Soul. Everyone involved in the making of this 12" should be proud of themselves. They've accomplished timeless brilliance!
