To celebrate 20 years of producing electronic dance music Mallorca has chosen to re-vist and re-produce the very first record he released back in 1990 ! Obsession was a vocal trance track written and produced by Mallorca Lee & Rodger Hughes working under the alias Ultra-Sonic. The track cemented the bands reputation as Scotland no.1 live act, touring the world and playing alongside the likes of The Prodigy, Moby, Carl Cox and Sven Vath. The band released three studio albums and one live album selling almost two million records world wide before ending the project in 1998. With the help of David Forbes and Tom Wilson (r.i.p.) Mallorca found the original vocalist Heather Allan and re-recorded the vocals. Keeping true to the original song he then added his unique tech trance touches to the production that really brings the track back to todays dance floors.
