As far as "sequel" songs go, "Jam On Revenge" was a clever follow up to the monster hit "Jam On It." "Revenge" took just enough elements of its predecessor to make it familiar, but tweaked those elements (i.e. using the "Wikki Wikki" backing vocals of the original and bringing them to the forefront in "Revenge") and added new ones to make "Revenge" an original classic jam in its own right. "Revenge" was a good enough follow up that it left you wondering when's the follow up to "Revenge" coming out?

I agree with DJrichmatthews about how good the record is but 'Jam On Revenge' WAS the original as far as I remember from all the way back in 1983 - 'Jam On It' was the follow-up

jam-on revenge came out a year before jam on it....you got the records mixed up....gave them a name.....so to speak.....so the door was wide open for the monster follow up jam on it!
