La Lontananza Nostalgica Utopica Futura. Madrigal for several "travellers" with Gidon Kremer, solo violin, 8 magnetic tapes, and 8 to 10 music stands, composed in 1988-89. Production and realization of the 8-track magnetic tape under the direction of Luigi Nono and Hans Peter Haller in the Experimental Studio of the Heinrich Strobel Foundation, Südwestfunk Freiburg. Final version of the tape prepared together by Sofia Gubaidulina and Gidon Kremer.
