I would agree with you if it was given to someone for free at one of these shows, but they sold the rest of the stock on their website. If it was purchased from the website, I think it's fair game.

Anybody else's copy have side A pressed off-center? Doesn't seem to bend the pitch that badly but I can def see the needle bobbing side-to-side.
