First quadraphonic issue with the SQ quadraphonic logo on the front cover. Inside Cover: Has Harvest and SQ logos, and in lower right corner it says "7307 TPS Printed and made by Garrod & Lofthouse Ltd. Q4 SHVL 781." Inner Sleeve: Black printing on white paper. The inner sleeve has an explanation about "What is Quadraphonic Sound," and how the SQ system works.This is a mispressing. A side contains the a side of Atom Heart Mother USA pressing( basically 3rd pressing) MATRIX SKAO ST-1-382-B5 #3/ B side contains a second side of Ummagumma MATRIX STBB-2-388-A5 #6Cream Cassette with blue on body text. shell is screwed together.
