Following l'Infonie's four long plays (now all highly coveted by collectors), poet-composer and l'Infonie co-founder (along with Walter Boudreau), Raôul Duguay continued the same eccentric Infonie madness on his own first solo efforts.
With " l'Envol " (his second solo album), Duguay (vocals, trumpet) dabbles into similar trippy eclectic psych-rock, progressive folk and avant-garde experimental weirdness.

Bandmates include Maneige percussionist Gilles Schetagne, Roger Walls (Ville Emard Blues Band) on trumpet, Jimmy Tanaka (bass), Aut'Chose drummer Chris Castle, André Angelini (guitars)......and in typical l'Infonie tradition, a full orchestra with additional piano, organ, flutes, trumpet, trombone and sax.
