The hardness mixes are pretty badass and never got their just attention, probably because that era of US rave and west coast psychedelic dance music was coming to a close. Too bad, these are beautiful mixes and dripping with ecstasy influence. If this had been released 3 years earlier it would have made a much bigger mark. Anyways, the sheer intensity of the hardness mixes alone with the breakbeat made it hard for club DJs to work with at the time with the big room house and prog house stuff coming into favour.
