Was this sampled by Venom on Total Recall? or vice versa?

Alien

Venom Totall recall came out after Tingler, so I would deduce that Venom sampled Tingler. Same synth also used on N.A.M. Recycler and Adam X Lost In Hell. I believe all releases sample Tingler although there's a chance Venom sampled Tingler second hand via N.A,M. Recycler. Purchased all the tracks back in 1991 (Adam X in early 1992) in sequence of release and Tingler was out first on the Pulse Three E.P. followed by N.A.M Recycler and then the rest.
