While this release is credited to the Sundae Funnies, the picture sleeve / dust cover credits The Dynamic Impacts. The band had a dispute about the release, so after the records were pressed, the name "Sundae Funnies" was taped over "The Dynamic Impacts" on the label. The earlier version of this release where the tape is not present The Fabulous Impacts - Get Out Of My Life Woman contained even another band name difference from the name printed on the sleeve vs. the record label.
It is important to note that this is a different recording of "Tell Me" than the original Fabulous Impacts 45 release. The original Fabulous Impacts version of "Tell Me" is far less heavy than the Sundae Funnies version.
