Although not indicated on the sleeve or labels, this release features an alternative "new version" of "Change" on Side B instead of the 7" version which appears on most other international editions of this single.

The cover and label use the same images as the original, but have the Universal logo replacing the Mercury one. The sleeve is made of more rigid cardboard than the original, and the record is pressed on thicker vinyl.

The back cover misspells Chris Hughes as Chris Huges.
