Excellent roots record! Take their sweet vocal harmonies & add the amazing early 80's rub-a-dub sounds of the Roots Radics and you get one of their best efforts to date. The title track has a nice beat, with some really meaningful lyrics. With Soldgie & Linval Thompson at the controls, you can't go wrong. This came out in 1983 when the Meditations and the Roots Radics were both at the very top of their game. Apart from the album, I also highly recommend the "No more friend" single for the awesome dub version on the b side!
