Fly were not happy with the lyrical content of the proposed 2nd TWW LP, and the 7" version of Urban Rock is a very different lyrically, both about going to a Teddy Boy dance, the single is the 'nice' version, the LP version being the gritty violent version. They are completely different recordings with different line ups as well.
The German 7" are the same recordings.

In the end Fly refused to release the 2nd LP, but as Pete Townshend was a fan it got released on Track.
