Tracks A1 to B4 recorded live at the Kezar Pavilion, Golden Gate Park, San Francisco on the evening of 29 May, 1981. It was the very last concert by Throbbing Gristle. Originally released as the LP "Mission Of Dead Souls" in the box set Five Albums by Fetish Records in 1981.
Track B5 different mix originally on Adrenalin / Distant Dreams (Part Two).
Track B6 originally on Subhuman / Something Came Over Me.
