I enjoy the track itself, but the B side on my copy sounds awful. Played it out once and won't again, just sound extremely muddy and the melody is lost in the mix

Just a reissue I suppose they could've given the artist credit. At least they didn't just put their own name on it like some others...Probably remastered, maybe a few kicks added here and there to suit the dancefloor. The A-side is a straight up summer house anthem. The B-side sounds like a Prince sample forced over a sloggy dull Romanian "meh, whatever" beat. B-side is totally hollow but the A side is spot on.

On the subject of the B side: Toying around with "When doves cry" is a risky maneuver and I kinda agree with you, although I'm a fan of what OBE is trying to do (with all these B side funky, popular reference tools). I think Sepp (if he's behind the B side) got inspired from Ricardo's not so recent affection with playing the song often.
