Something weird (at least with my copy), is that even though the copy was sealed in shrink with sticker on shrink etc, the vinyls looked like used. They weren't "shiny black" and they had small surface marks that didn't affect sound quality. I guess it's bad handling from the manufacturing plant. Anyone else had the same experience with the US 15th Anniversary copy?

I noticed this too, plays perfectly but I never felt the audio quality was 100% prestine! Cover was fine for me.

Looks like the cover art has the used look in it already. I just received a fresh wrapped copy and noticed something that looks like shelf-wear, but it's not like really worn. The records themselves look shiny new but are crackling a lot.

I had the same problem, as well the cover is all fading.

I've spent some time at United Records Pressing in Nashville. I bet your disc came from a batch of recycled vinyl. If a record doesn't pass QA, it's thrown in a bin and reprocessed. Does not affect performance.
