This is the actual music library that was used by François Ozon in his 2003 movie 'Swimming Pool' starring Charlotte Rampling and Ludivine Sagnier. The track 'Mirrorball' by Steve Everitt (later renamed 'Mirrorball (Let's Do It)' on a CD compilation including the music of the movie by Philippe Rombi) shine as the most memorable track on this album. Contrary to the rumors I have read on the web, there is no extended version of the track: it was edited for the movie. Nonetheless, it's a very powerful funky house cut, with a sexy, mysterious melody and gorgeous strings. It takes you right back to the dance scene of the movie, and makes you want to join the party.
