I have a confession – I’ve been selfish, and keeping this band all to myself.I admit, I feel terrible. Their limited run pressings on beautiful coloured vinyl have me ‘Scrooge McDucking’ and not sharing what I can – or what I should.And even worse…now that I’ve secured one of the 250 pressed (which I paid full whack for on Amazon), it’s only after feeling safe in that certainty, that I feel ready to share them with you all. I’ve spent a good deal of time with this album, but it only took me about 4 listens to really say: I think I’m in love.What a ****-heel….keeping that to myself. ;) The band? Shoegazers…(I’m on a trip with those modern incarnations lately) but there are some great sing-along little tunes on here. Importantly, they are not trying too hard, and despite inevitable comparisons (Stone Roses vocals/MBV guitars/Catherine Wheel structures) to all before them, they very much strike their own path. Their emotional connection is terrific and they succeed on lots of levels.Great all the way through, but magnificent towards the final 2 tracks (‘How Can We Go On’, ‘Revelations’). Highly recommended for fans of the genre.

Isn't this band some of the guys (or at least one person) from Air Formation during their long hiatus? This is an incredible LP, everyone should go out and get the 10", it's great as well.
