Zen Paradox - The Light At The End...? FLAC

Zen Paradox's first single here. Put in the context of what was going on in 1993 this song was of the better sci fi sounding trance music of the era. Nice progression with the bassline changes and gladly never becoming cheesy with quality low key less is more approach, the title track is a real nice number. Void Spirit is also a nice track. It's more techy but like most of Steve Law's material of this time there is also quality found throughout thanks for the last few minutes that adds a nice piano melody. More laid tracks of this period seem to sit nicely in retrospect while songs like Say goodbye to the dark place unfortunately lose the futuristic edge remaining kind of samey. Still though, around 4 minutes in the track he pulls it all together. That's why Zen Paradox was highly regarded and still collected by fans of this style from those days.
