2-LP Japan-only promo-only compilation released to promote a series of 20 Elvis Presley LPs that were reissued shortly after the Aloha From Hawaii TV special. The "Elvis Big 20" in English on the front cover refers to those 20 LPs, not the tracks on this compilation. Packaged in gatefold cover with track titles, and the albums on which they originally appeared, listed inside. All titles appear only in Japanese on the labels as well as the cover. The back cover has liner notes by five different contributers. There are no composer or musician credits.
