This album for me, is one of the best albums Ryan McCombs has ever created. I think some people will disagree with me and say that Scars (SOiL) is a better album, but for me Re●de●fine is just that more refined in its sound and everything; and is the last good thing Ryan ever appeared on (compared to the relatively bland Full Cicle (Drowning Pool)).

When i first started to listen to SOiL, Suffering was one of my favourite tracks i downloaded, and soon after i ended up downloading more of their songs, and ended up with the majority of them being from this album - even though, i for once, started with Scars; and it is only until now have i decided to listen to this album - and i am more than pleased that i did. I love almost every track on this album, we open with the pumping anthem that is Pride, and easily move onto a more mellow, but punchy second track (also the title track), Redefine. The album does have some grey points, but on the majority its a good selection of songs. And this is a prime example why Ryan should have bloody stuck with SOiL and not taken up the vocalist position on Drowning Pool. I feel that way because his vocals seem to fit SOiL's original sound better, and that he's almost trying to make Drowning Pool into another SOiL.

My favourite tracks have to be: Pride, Redefine, Cross My Heart, Suffering and Obsession.
If you do like Drowning Pool's new stuff then give this album a go, also if you like Hard Rock and are trying to find something that sounds different comapred to all this radio-hit ready shit that gets churned out these days, then listen to this - its heavier, its rougher, its what hard rock should be.
